Thinly sliced chicken cutlets roll ups, stuffed with baby spinach, prosciutto
and goat cheese, served with rice pilaf, julienne zucchini
and yellow squash in Almond butter sauce.

Saltimbocca $11.95
Beef (or Turkey) thinly sliced in a creamy caper, white wine butter sauce,
served with wild rice and vegetable medley.

Pork Bracciole $10.95
Pork cutlets stuffed with prosciutto and radicchio in a sherry wine sauce,
baby portabella mushroom rice, and seasoned green beans.

Rustica Lasagna $8.95
Meat lasagna with a light tomato sauce, fresh herbs and three types
of cheese. ( Also available vegetable lasagna in béchamel sauce)

Rosemary Roast Pork Tenderloin $12.95
Pork tenderloin in a citrus/beer marinade, fresh rosemary and other herbs served
